Ellen Arnold

Ellen Arnold is an attorney with extensive experience in land use development, real estate, energy, and environmental law. Most recently, Ellen was Director of Real Estate and Associate General Counsel at Dartmouth College where she was the lead in house counsel for College Real Estate and Campus Services. In that capacity, she was responsible for planning and permitting large and complex projects, working with numerous disciplines.  She also managed College environmental issues, energy initiatives, and community affairs. She has broad based achievement in all aspects of land development.
Prior to her work at Dartmouth, Ellen was a litigation director at Mclane Middleton where she created and chaired the firm’s Land Use Practice Group. She is also one of the first women appointed to the New Hampshire Judiciary as a part time district court and family division judge.
Ellen currently acts as Asset Manager for BL Properties, a commercial real estate development and is the founder and Manager of Arnold Land Consulting, LLC.
