David P. Eby

David is a shareholder at the law firm of Devine, Millimet & Branch, Attorneys at Law in Manchester. He serves as the Litigation Department Chair and he leads the Probate Litigation Practice Group. In addition to probate matters, he routinely handles domestic relations cases including divorce, parenting responsibility, and related matters. David is active with his church, St. Elizabeth Seton in Bedford, New Hampshire. David lives in Bedford with his wife Kristen and their three children, Elizabeth, Caroline, and Anne. In his free time, David enjoys biking, running, outdoor activities, spending quality time with friends and family, and he has been known to make occasional appearances as Drosselmeyer in a local production of the Nutcracker.
