Safety

A CASA volunteer advocate helps ensure a child is in a safe environment through monthly meetings with the child and regular contact with important people in his or her life. The CASA works with a team of people to help secure necessary services for the child’s well-being.

Stability

The CASA volunteer advocate provides a consistent, stable relationship throughout the case. They are someone the child can depend on when things like their living arrangements and school placements and other people in their lives are changing.

Permanency

A CASA volunteer advocate makes qualified, unbiased recommendations to the court to assist in achieving in a safe and permanent placement for the child.
