Uncanoonuc Mt. Perennials to donate 25% of sales to support NH’s abused and neglected children
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of NH has been chosen by Uncanoonuc Mt. Perennials as the recipient of 25% of the total sales on Saturday, June 28th, to support New Hampshire's abused and neglected children. “June is the prettiest month on the year” said owner, Annette Rynearson. “The gardens look spectacular. We invite old friends and new to join us on CASA Day to help support this wonderful organization.” Uncanoonuc Mt. Perennials is a nursery specializing in low maintenance perennials, roses, flowering vines, berry bushes, choice shrubs and more. They have an extensive Display Garden and 2.5 acres of stock beds and potted plants. For the 2008 season you will be able to choose from nearly 900 hardy varieties. CASA of NH is a statewide private nonprofit dedicated to helping abused and neglected children find their way through the state’s juvenile justice system to safe, loving and permanent homes. This money will be used to help support the CASA volunteers advocating for children throughout the Sate of New Hampshire. CASA recruits, trains and supervises volunteers in the community who are appointed by a District or Family Court judge to represent the best interests of a child victim.
