Coldwell Banker Team NH (CBTNH). LLC a company formed by thirteen Coldwell Banker franchisees in the State of New Hampshire has chosen to support CASA of NH with quarterly donations. CBTNH will donate $25 from every closing to CASA during 2010. Tom Tremblay, owner of Coldwell Banker LinWood Real Estate in the Loon Mountain Region and Manager of CBTNH, LLC states, “CASA was the perfect fit for Coldwell Banker Team NH. First of all, CASA means “house” in Spanish. This is something we know a lot about. More importantly, CASA has a great reputation, is assigned about 75% of the court appointed cases in the State, and provides a services to children who need help finding a safe peaceful home environment. These are things Coldwell Banker cares deeply about”.
