Chief Nicholas Halias wins a Police Segway for UNH!

CASA OF NH NEWS — (Nov 05, 2009) — The winner of the Police model Segway is Chief Nicholas Halias from UNH's Police Department. Chief Halias will also recieve $1,000 in cash.
